Call for Volunteers - WA Tourism Conference 2026

The WA Tourism Conference is coming to Carnarvon from 25-27 May 2026, and we're inviting our community to be part of it. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for community organisations, businesses and locals to help showcase the very best of Carnarvon and the Gascoyne region to tourism leaders from across Western Australia. 

We're looking for volunteers to assist with a range of roles, including: 

• Concierge & Welcome Team - greeting delegates and helping with directions and information
• Waitstaff - assisting during networking events and functions
• Event Support Staff - helping keeping things running smoothly across venues
• Set Up & Pack Down Crews - assisting with preparing and resetting spaces
• General Support - or any other skills you may be able to offer

Whether you can help for a few hours or across multiple days, we would love to hear from you.

This conference is a chance for Carnarvon to shine, and we would love the community to be part of welcoming delegates to our region.
